New Post: Using MapPointBatcHGeocode for ESRI's MapIt

A bit rusty with geocoding, and never was that proficient. In any event, here's my issues:

1) I can't fill in anything for MapPoint DataSourceName, MapPoint Password, MapPoint UserName, MapPoint UserStaging -- I get a drop down list option, but the drop down list is blank and I can't type anyting in.

2) I see where the output is SqlGeography, I understand that ESRI MapIt is looking for a Geometry data type.

3) Maybe I missed it, but it would be great to get a step-by-step, hello world kind of example.

4) I don't have city names, but I do have zip codes -- good enough to get a Geometry point?

Thanks and appreciate the effort for an SSIS geocoder.
