&lt;p&gt;1) I can't fill in anything for MapPoint DataSourceName, MapPoint Password, MapPoint UserName, MapPoint UserStaging -- I get a drop down list option, but the drop down list is blank and I can't type anyting in.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) I see where the output is SqlGeography, I understand that ESRI MapIt is looking for a Geometry data type.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) Maybe I missed it, but it would be great to get a step-by-step, hello world kind of example.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4) I don't have city names, but I do have zip codes -- good enough to get a Geometry point?&lt;/p&gt;
